Design the integration and agent layers that replace the manual work inside our clients’ operations.
Key responsibilities
- Map client processes and identify the automatable seams
- Build and monitor integrations across third-party APIs
- Instrument everything so failures surface before the client notices
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in integration or platform engineering
- Fluent with REST/webhook APIs and queueing
- A bias for observable systems over clever ones
Preferred skills
- AWS, Docker, CI/CD, Redis, queues, and observability.
- AI integrations, RAG, automation, or data pipelines.
- Experience with distributed or client-facing teams.
