Turning Weekly SEO Audits Into a Nightly, Prioritized Fix List

A content team paid for six SEO tools but still could not tell which pages to fix first. We replaced them with one system that audits the site nightly, ranks pages by their own search data and drafts the fixes for editors to approve.

    The Problem

Rankings were slipping, but each audit took a week to assemble by hand and was out of date by the time anyone read it. Nothing said which fixes mattered most.

    What We Built

A crawler that scores every page against its own Search Console data, drafts the rewrite with AI, and queues the work in priority order. Editors approve before anything is published.

    The Result

Audits run every night instead of taking a week, and editors start from a ranked list with drafts ready, so their time goes into publishing rather than research.

    MedSpa

Automating Lead Follow-Up and No-Show Recovery for a MedSpa Group

A MedSpa group was losing bookings to slow lead replies and last-minute cancellations. We added an automation layer to their booking system that answers new leads, refills cancelled slots and sends timed reminders.

    The Problem

New leads and last-minute cancellations waited until the front desk had a free moment. By then, leads had often booked elsewhere and cancelled slots stayed empty.

    What We Built

An automation layer on top of Boulevard: instant replies to new leads, waitlist backfill when a client cancels, and reminders timed to cut no-shows. The front desk sees all of it in one dashboard.

    The Result

Leads get an answer straight away, cancelled slots are offered to the waitlist automatically, and the front desk no longer has to chase every gap in the calendar by hand.

Replacing a Manual Weekly Close With One Restaurant Operations Ledger

A restaurant group ran orders, bookings, stock and payroll in four tools that never agreed. We connected them to one ledger, with a floor view for staff and a weekly summary for the owner.

    The Problem

Orders, bookings, stock and payroll each lived in a different tool. Nothing reconciled, so the owner rebuilt the week by hand every Monday.

    What We Built

An operations layer that reads from the existing POS and tools and writes to one ledger. Staff see covers, stock and staffing on a tablet; the owner sees the numbers on a phone.

    The Result

One source of truth for the week, a close that takes minutes rather than a morning, and no change to the POS staff already use.

Replacing Phone Dispatch With Automated Scheduling for 200 Field Crews

Two hundred field crews were dispatched by phone, so one cancellation meant hours of replanning. We built a scheduler that assigns jobs by skill, travel time and window, and replans automatically when a job moves.

    The Problem

Every assignment went out as a phone call. An early cancellation cost hours of replanning, and nobody could see the knock-on effects across the day.

    What We Built

A scheduler that matches jobs to crews by certification, travel time and job window, reshuffles the day when a job moves, and texts every affected crew.

    The Result

Crews get their day on their phone, certifications are checked automatically, and a cancellation is replanned by the system instead of by phone.

Replacing Manual Enrolment Checks With a Guided Intake Flow

Every student enrolment meant chasing documents, checking them by hand and typing the same details into three systems. We built a guided intake that checks documents as they arrive, sends only unclear cases to staff and creates the account automatically.

    The Problem

Staff chased missing documents by email, verified each one by hand and re-keyed the result into three systems. Students waited days to hear back.

    What We Built

A guided intake that validates documents as they are uploaded, routes anything unclear to a person with the evidence attached, and creates the account once the last check clears.

    The Result

Straightforward enrolments finish while the student is still on the page, details are entered once instead of three times, and staff only handle the cases that need judgement.

    MarTech

Tracking Every Lead From First Click to Closed Deal

A marketing team could see form fills but not which campaigns produced paying customers. We built first-party tracking that carries each click id into the CRM and joins it to closed deals, so spend is judged on revenue.

    The Problem

Campaign reports stopped at the form. Nobody could say which ads produced customers, blocked cookies hid part of the traffic, and budget moved on guesswork.

    What We Built

A consent-gated, first-party tracker that stamps every click, saves the id on the HubSpot record, and reconciles it against closed deals in one BigQuery view.

    The Result

Spend is judged on closed revenue rather than form fills, and the weekly report builds itself instead of being stitched together from exports.
