Take products from discovery sketches to a shipped design system that engineers can build against.
Key responsibilities
- Run discovery workshops and turn findings into flows
- Design and maintain the component library in Figma
- Pair with engineers through implementation
Required qualifications
- 4+ years designing software products
- A portfolio of shipped work, not just concepts
- Comfortable working directly with clients
Preferred skills
- AWS, Docker, CI/CD, Redis, queues, and observability.
- AI integrations, RAG, automation, or data pipelines.
- Experience with distributed or client-facing teams.
