Key responsibilities
- Ship production features across the stack, from schema to interface
- Work directly with clients during discovery and sprint reviews
- Keep the deployment pipeline fast and boring
Required qualifications
- 5+ years building production web applications
- Strong TypeScript and React experience
- Comfortable owning infrastructure alongside application code
Preferred skills
- AWS, Docker, CI/CD, Redis, queues, and observability.
- AI integrations, RAG, automation, or data pipelines.
- Experience with distributed or client-facing teams.
